**Usage Data:** How you interact with our dashboard and services, including login times, feature usage, and support interactions.
**Customer Data:** Information about your customers that is captured during calls, including names, phone numbers, addresses, and service requests.

- **Paddle**: Payment processing, billing, invoicing, and sales tax (Merchant of Record)
- **Calendar/Dispatch integrations**: Google Calendar, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or whichever tool you connect
- **SMS providers**: To send booking confirmations and notifications
We do not sell your personal information or your customers' information to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. After account cancellation, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
